By placing an order you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Conclusion of Contract

Purchase orders can be placed via this webshop, mail or telephone. You get a confirmation of your purchase order via e-mail. An order placed with us is a binding offer. We are entitled to accept this offer by sending a confirmation of this order or sending the goods.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. Cancellation must be declared in writing, by e-mail or by return of the goods to the following address within 14 days beginning with the date of receipt of the goods:



In case of an effective cancellation you are obligated to immediately return the unused goods. Please contact our office before returning the goods.

Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices include the VAT of Germany. There is no minimum order amount.
Shipping costs for Germany: 4,50 EUR
Orders over 50 EUR are delivered free in Germany.
If your order includes only mini-sizes the delivery charge will be 2,00 EUR for Europe (1,50 in Germany).
Shipping costs for EU and Switzerland: 6,00 EUR (max. 1kg)
Orders over 100 EUR will be shipped free of charge (EU and Switzerland).
Shipping costs outside Europe depend on weight:
< 500 g - 10,00 EUR
< 1000 g - 14,00 EUR
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local duty charges which are to be payed by the customer. Please take care of your national import regulations.

Payment and Delivery

Accepted methods of payment are bank transfer and PayPal, you can make credit card payments by using PayPal.
Most orders will be ready to ship within 1 business day following receipt of payment.

Warranty

The legal guarantee applies 2 years, beginning with the day of receiving the products. During this time, all lacks, that are subject to the legal guarantee, are remedied gratuitously. If a legitimate reclamation is filed, warranty shall take place by remedy, replacement, abatement of the purchase price or rescission of the contract.

Statistic data about accesses to this website are stored without personal information. Personal information you provided to us is only used to contact you, for confirmation and delivery. Your Information is kept confidential. We do not rent or sell your personal information to third parties. The storage of personal information agrees with the valid data protection acts.

Reservation of Proprietary Rights

All goods delivered will remain property of our company until full payment is made.

Miscellaneous

The contract is governed by German substantive law excluding the UN Convention on International Sale of Goods.
